Abstract Submissions & Poster Presentations

Poster Session Schedule
If your abstract for this event has been accepted by the Planning Committee, your Poster Presentation will be held during the Poster Session on Wednesday, October 13, 2010 at 7:00-9:00 pm in the Grand Ballroom IL – Level Four at the Hilton Americas Houston Hotel.
Poster Set-Up Requirements
Posters may be set up on Tuesday, October 12th between 4:30–8:30 pm or Wednesday, October 13th between 7:30-10:30 am.
Poster boards will be provided and are 4 ft high and 8 ft wide. Presenters must bring supplies for mounting the poster on the official poster boards (Velcro or pushpins).
We ask that posters remain on display until the close of the conference at 12:30 pm on Saturday, October 16th.
Best Poster Awards
Eight awards will be presented for best posters: $1,000 each for the top 3 and $500 each for the next 5 at the conclusion of the conference on Saturday, October 16th at 11:55 am.
Manuscript Submissions
Poster presenters are also invited to publish their topics in the Post-Conference Journal Supplement to be published in Clinical Lymphoma, Myeloma & Leukemia. Manuscripts must be submitted to hnewton@hm2010.org no later than October 30, 2010.
